1. Return Window

Eligibility for Return

You can request a return within 2 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item is unused
• The item is unwashed
• The item is in its original condition
• All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Accessories or jewelry (if introduced)
• Sale/discounted items
• Free gifts
• Items used, washed, or damaged by the customer

2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 2 days of delivery.

You will receive a full refund to your original payment method if the item:

• Meets the return conditions
• Is approved after inspection

• Bank account
• Card
• Wallet (if used during payment)

Refund Timeline

• Refund will be initiated within 2–4 business days after approval
• It may take 5–7 working days to reflect depending on your bank/payment provider

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange Window

Exchange is available within 5 days of delivery.

You may exchange for:

• Size
• Colour
• Same product variant (if stock is available)

If the requested variant is unavailable, you may choose:

• Another product of same value
• Pay/receive the difference in amount

4. Return/Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

3. Our team will verify the issue and approve the request if eligible.
4. A pickup will be arranged (if available) or you may need to courier the product back.

Refund/exchange will be processed only after we receive and inspect the product.

5. Return Shipping Charges

• If the product delivered is defective, wrong, or damaged, we cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other returns/exchanges (customer preference), the customer may need to bear the shipping fee.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

1. Take photos/videos immediately
2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

Products reported after 24 hours may not be eligible.

7. Order Not Delivered / Lost Package

If your order is:

• Lost by the courier, OR
• Not delivered within the promised time,

We will provide a full refund or free replacement, depending on your preference.

• The product is used, washed, or damaged
• Original tags/packaging are missing
• The request is made after the return window
• Saree has perfume, makeup marks, stains, or wear signs
• Wrong or misleading complaints are provided
