1. Order Cancellation by Customer

a) Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it OR before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

To cancel, contact us via:

If the order is cancelled before dispatch:

• You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

b) After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped or is in transit:

❌ Cancellation is not allowed.
❌ We cannot recall the parcel once it is with the courier partner.

You may, however, apply for:

• A refund (within 2 days of delivery)
• An exchange (within 5 days of delivery)

as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Auto-Cancellation by Samaraha

We may cancel your order in the following cases:

• Product out of stock
• Payment not received / failed
• Incorrect address or missing details
• High risk of a fraudulent transaction
• Technical errors or duplicate orders
• Customer unreachable for order confirmation (if required)

In such cases:

• You will be notified via email or WhatsApp
• A full refund will be issued (if payment was made)

3. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

If cancellation is approved:

• Refund will be initiated within 2–4 business days
• Amount will reflect in your bank/UPI/card within 5–7 working days (depends on the payment provider)

4. Special Cases (Non-Cancellable Orders)

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

• Sale/discounted items
• Items purchased with store credits or gift cards
• Custom-made or pre-order products (if introduced in future)
